Return & Refund Policy

At F FOR FASHION, every piece is exclusive and made only once – just for you. Because of this uniqueness, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our brand.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences, as every dress is one-of-a-kind.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help.fforfashion@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Since every dress is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may use your refund or store credit towards a different unique item.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and accessories (if any) are non-returnable.
